Terms of Use

Last updated: November 8, 2026

By using Statemint you agree to these terms.

The service

Statemint reads credit card statements you import and produces categories, totals, installment and subscription tracking, risk notes and assistant answers. These are generated automatically, including by AI, and may contain mistakes. Always check amounts and due dates against your bank's statement before acting on them.

Not financial advice

Statemint provides information, not financial, legal or tax advice. Decisions about payments, credit and investments are yours.

Your content

Import only statements you are entitled to use. Your statements and their analysis are stored on your device; you are responsible for your device's security and backups.

Subscriptions

Premium is billed through your App Store or Google Play account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end.

Fair use

Limits apply to imports and assistant questions to keep the service available for everyone. Automated or abusive use may be blocked.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AppUsta is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the analysis, including missed payments or fees.
